Hi, I’m Osan.

I believe in the power of curiosity, creativity, and the constant pursuit of growth.

I was born and raised in the beautiful country of Nepal, where I spent my early years immersed in its culture and natural beauty. My schooling took me between Nepal and India, where I developed an early fascination with how things work—whether it was technology, art, or the way people interact with the world around them.

 

In 2016, I moved to California with a suitcase full of dreams and an eagerness to learn and grow. That desire to understand how people connect with technology led me to pursue a degree in Informatics with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction. Graduating in June 2022, I felt equipped not only with the technical skills but with a deeper empathy for users and their experiences with digital products.

My journey continued with a Master’s in Integrated Design, Business, and Technology. This wasn’t just about design—it was about understanding the stories behind startups, diving into entrepreneurship, and finding ways to bring ideas to life through thoughtful product design. Every step of the way, I’ve felt incredibly lucky to blend my passion for technology with my desire to make meaningful change in the world.

 

Outside of my work, I’m always exploring new places. Traveling to different states and countries has opened my eyes to the diverse ways people live, think, and create. Each trip adds a layer to my understanding of the world & to my personal journey.

When I’m not designing or researching, you’ll probably find me reading or tuning into a podcast. I’m a firm believer that there’s always something new to learn. I also love to play guitar and have performed with a band on multiple occasions—a creative outlet that keeps me connected to the rhythm of life. Recently, I’ve found a new love for table tennis (Ping Pong).

For me, everything is interconnected. From technology to design, travel to music—each experience shapes how I approach problems and how I connect with others. I’m always excited about what comes next and the opportunity to collaborate, learn, and create with passionate people.
